Meet The Magical Minds Cultivating Domestyk

Mike Lee: Mike grew up not liking mushrooms, but had only experienced eating button mushrooms. During the Covid19 lockdown he was trying to figure out the best way to grow delicious food in his small garden on the east coast. Through his extensive research he found that working with nature to produce living soil was the best way to grow the best vegetables and the best way to build soils is to add fungi to compost and your garden. When gourmet mushrooms, that he had never seen before, were brought home by his partner an extensive deep dive into the world of mushrooms began to pin. Mike then bought his first fruiting block and took a cultivation class and the rest is history.
